UXBRIDGE - A 'convenient' lecture is coming to Uxbridge.

Uxbridge Secondary School is hosting a lecture on climate control at 6:30 p.m. in the school library on May 27.

Admission is free and guest speaker is Georgina Bencsik, who is a trained presenter for the Climate Project, led by by Al Gore.

A registered Canadian charity, the Climate-Project Canada is dedicated to inform the public about climate change through presentations by trained volunteers. Their hope is to raise awareness about the crisis of climate change and possible solutions.

This past April, Mr. Gore personally trained 250 Canadians to deliver a presentation similar to one in the Academy Award winning documentary 'An Inconvenient Truth.' The training was directed towards Canadians and Canadian issues.
