Oshawa man charged with sexually assaulting children
33-year-old Shane Knarr has been released on bail. The Oshawa man is charged with sexually assaulting two young children at Trinity Pentecostal church. The alleged victims are a 3-year-old girl and a 5-year-old boy. Stefanie Swinson files this report.
