Sean Patrick O'Toole, 52, of no fixed address, was pulled from the creek near the Midtown Mall on John Street after a woman walking her dog spotted the body in the water early Thursday. Although attempts were made to resuscitate the man he was declared dead at the scene.

An autopsy conducted Friday revealed the man died of drowning, police said.
